Good Manners - Using our hands vs the Communion paten:
Having goodwill corresponds with having good manners; so how does having good manners associated with using the Communion paten?
It has been a long tradition to use the Communion paten during Holy Communion to prevent the Eucharist from falling onto the floor, but not only the Eucharist, but also the Eucharistic particles that do break off. These particles would then be gathered and consumed by the priest. This is what it means to have respect and care for our Lord; this shows our good manners for Our Lord.
The decision to introduce Communion on the hand and remove the paten was implemented for a new kind of worship that did not take Our Lord's Real Presence into consideration. This new modernist approach has directly resulted in Our Lord falling to the floor and trampled on. Now modernists want to remain silent to what is happening, they want Catholics to ignore the truth in order to push this new worship. A worship that pushes the ignorance of truth, turning true Catholic worship into a form of pseudo-worship.
We must ask ourselves, what happened to our good manners, was Communion on the tongue and the use of the paten just a useless tradition? Did it have no significance? Do we not believe in the Real Presence - or we do, but we no longer care about good manners, hence our lack of goodwill towards God?
To the man of goodwill principle, good manners matter; let us not lose our good manners towards God for a pseudo-worship.
